To imbibe the practical knowledge of cost sheet (costing), students of 2nd B.Com(B) were divided into different groups by Ms. Punitha R, Dept. Of Commerce and were entrusted with the assignment ‘We are Entrepreneur’.
Students had to commence their virtual business and act as the entrepreneurs, who are managing various roles in the company. They as a team, had to present the details of the company, which includes 4 P’s, organization structure, production process, cost sheet, Profit & Loss a/c and Balance Sheet of their company on 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th of October 2019 at AV hall.
After the presentation, the teams had to undergo an interactive session with the audience, wherein the audience cleared their doubts and also suggested the ways to improve their business in future.
Such practical assignments help the students in applying theories into practical as well as help them to analyse the situation.
