“We learn and get inspired through other’s live example stories”. To get inspired by such stories, Students of I B.Com were divided in groups by Ms. Punitha R, Dept of Commerce and were assigned few practical concepts related to current market situations , which is not included in their syllabus.
Topics such as Waste Management, Just-In-Time(JIT), Dabbawala, Amul, Shakti Amma, Swiss Bank, MTR ready to eat, Kaizen, Life story of Mr. Amithab Bachchan, Tata Nano-A Failure story were presented by the students on 11th, 12th and 14th October 2019 in AV hall.
Students learnt new practical concepts relating to strategic management and they also analysed failure and success stories of various entrepreneurs. This has helped students to build a wider knowledge on the subject and also to believe in ‘Failure is the Stepping Stone towards Success’.
